CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Shams can be removed and dry cleaned only. Feather down inserts can be machine washed on delicate, do not tumble dry. Multiple machine washes of any printed fabrics may result in fading. All linen products should be hand washed and line dried or dry cleaned in order to prevent shrinkage.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All OFF THE CANVAS products are made to order. The standard lead time for production is 4-6 weeks from the date the order is placed and payment received. Rush Service subject to availability. Rush fee does not include expedited shipping.

All orders are shipped via UPS/ FedEx Ground unless otherwise specified. Delivery times vary based on the destination. MT cannot be held responsible for delays occurring once a package is in transit.

Orders over $100 require a signature unless specifically waived by the end receiver. If signature delivery is waived MT cannot be held responsible for missing packages. Fees apply for address changes made after an order has shipped and for returned packages.

RETURN POLICY

MT accepts returns on a by case basis. All of our products are custom made to order, and therefore we highly recommend retailers request samples before placing orders. For individuals placing orders please contact us directly should you have any questions. We are more than happy to send fabric swatches in advance of placing an order to ensure you love your OFF THE CANVAS products!

If you believe your product to be defective or different than what you expected and it has not been used or worn, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can review the issue and help resolve it as quickly as possible.
